Privacy notice
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This notice explains how DocHeart B.V. handles personal data collected through this website. Personal data processed within the DocHeart platform for customers is covered by the relevant customer agreement and data processing agreement.
Who is responsible?
DocHeart B.V., Vasteland 100, 3011 BP Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is the controller for the website data described here. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@docheart.ai.
What we collect and why
When you request a demo, contact us, register for an event or request a resource, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business email, company, role, country and message. We use these details to respond, provide the requested content or service and manage business enquiries. This is based on steps taken at your request before entering an agreement, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Please do not include sensitive personal information in forms.
Newsletters
If you subscribe, we use your email address to send the newsletter with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew consent.
Website visits and tracking
Our website uses Snitcher to help identify visiting companies and understand interest in our services. This can involve IP addresses, device or browser information, pages visited and information about the associated company. We use technical information for website security and reliability based on our legitimate interests. Where cookies or similar tracking require consent, consent is the applicable basis. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect website functionality.
Who receives data
We use service providers for website hosting, form handling, CRM, email and website analytics, including Lovable Cloud, the DocHeart CRM, Pipedrive where configured, and Snitcher. They receive data relevant to their role. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, GDPR transfer safeguards are required, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain the relevant business relationship or meet legal obligations. Newsletter data is used until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; limited records may be kept to respect your opt-out. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Email contact@docheart.ai to exercise your rights. We normally respond within one month and may request information to verify your identity. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority.

We may update this notice when our website or data practices change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
